TJI Solutions mission is to offer innovative solutions for the current market conditions facing the retail
market during times of market slowdowns and slower spending by consumers. Such conditions create
issues for the retailers for which TJI creates solutions.

TJI customizes its solutions primarily for retail chains and provides options in which these chains
can dispose of various impaired assets such as lease liabilities of closed or “dark stores”, obsolete
inventory and other depreciating assets from its balance sheet in various ways that are most financially
advantageous to the stores.

TJI strives to improve the retailer’s financial statements by simultaneously increasing sales from
alternative channels and providing alternative solutions for outdated and/or slow moving inventory. TJI’s
solutions are custom tailored confidentially for each retailer.
